ORDER

Heard the learned Counsel on both sides.

2. The writ petitioner contends that the acquisition proceedings initiated in respect of his lands, stood lapsed. He has submitted a representation, in this regard, on 16.11.2017 and the first respondent has to pass appropriate orders, in this regard.

3. This Court, therefore, directs the first respondent to pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, on the writ petitioner's representation dated 16.11.2017, on or before 31.03.2018.
