ORDER

Heard the learned Counsel on both sides.

2. The writ petitioner is an agriculturalist and has suffered loss in his agricultural operations. He has already registered his land under PMFBY Scheme and he is, therefore, entitled for agricultural insurance amount under PMFBY Scheme. He has given a representation on 22.08.2017, in this regard and the first respondent is said to be the competent authority. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. This Court directs the first respondent to pass orders thereon, in accordance with law, on or before 31.01.2018. The writ petition stands disposed of, accordingly. No costs.
