When the matter was taken up for hearing on 04.04.2022, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence the matter was posted under the caption "for dismissal" on 25.04.2022. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the third respondent would submit that for the same cause of action, three persons viz., M.Sharmila, P.Periyakaruppan and P.Muthaiah filed the writ petitions in W.P. (MD) Nos.18044, 18046 and 18047 of 2020 which were dismissed as withdrawn by this Court on 09.12.2020.
