ORDER

Heard the learned Counsel on both sides. Notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he and his brother are enjoying free electricity connection in S.C.No.05-234-019-146. It is his grievance that the third respondent is misusing the same and the apprehension of the writ petitioner is that the consequence of such misuse will also fall on him. Therefore, he wants the authorities to look into the matter. He has given a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation dated 20.11.2017, in this regard and the second respondent has to pass appropriate orders.

3. This Court, therefore, directs the second respondent to consider the said representation dated 20.11.2017 and act thereon. Such an exercise shall be completed, on or before 28.02.2018.
