PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the third respondent to issue a patta to the petitioner's land in Survey No.429/1A Ambathurai Village, Attur Taluk, Dindigul District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.05.2015.

ORDER

Mr.S.Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

2. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the third respondent to consider his representation dated 22.05.2015 seeking for grant of patta to the petitioner's land in Survey No.429/1A Ambathurai Village, Attur Taluk, Dindigul District.

4. Needless to say that it is for the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, as this Court at this stage is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, only with a direction to the third respondent to consider the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
