This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioners.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the first petitioner's father has involved in crime, which has been registered by the respondent police in Crime No.112 of 2018, for this purpose the respondent police had called the petitioners for enquiry.

3.It is made clear that the respondent police shall issue summons and only thereafter, they can be called for an enquiry. The petitioners shall not be harassed in the meantime. 4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
