The Writ petitioner's grievance is that an enquiry initiated, vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.548/16/m6 dated 04.02.2016, is yet to be disposed of.

2.The Writ Petitioner pleads only for speedy conclusion of the said enquiry. The said request is reasonable.

3. Therefore, this Court directs the respondent to conclude the said enquiry on or before 28.02.2018. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
