O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 28.07.2018 on the file of the respondent with in a stipulated time fixed by this Court. 2.Head the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent. 3.The grievance of the petitioner is that she is entitled to get family pension of her demised father. For that, a representation dated 28.07.2018 has been made before the respondent. Even though the respondent has not filed a counter, it has been stated that the petitioner is a daughter of the second wife of the deceased person and that she may not be entitled to seek such relief.

4.In the light of the above, since the representation dated 28.07.2018 is pending on the file of the respondent, this Court directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.07.2018 in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and pass appropriate orders, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there are no other legal impediments to do so.

5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is dispose of. No costs.
