The petitioner is a differently abled person. He has submitted an application to the third respondent seeking licence to put up a bunk shop to sell Aawin products. For getting licence, he must first obtain permission from the second respondent for vending aawin products. He has already submitted his representation on 22.11.2017 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the second respondent. He needs a licensed space from the third respondent for putting up a bunk shop.

2. Therefore, this Court directs the second respondent and the third respondent to dispose of the writ petitioner's representation dated 22.11.2017 on or before 31.03.2018.
