The writ petition has been filed directing the 2nd Respondent to allow the procession on 04.08.2016 at 10.00 am from Chinna Kunnakudi Street to Rajasekaran Garden Kunnakudi (One Kilometer only) to pay Floral Tribute and hold a small meeting of Late President of Aikkiya Nadugal Ambedkar Sangam namely Pala.Muthiah and give Police protection on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 20.07.2016.
2.Mr.D.Muruganandham, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the procession is scheduled to be held on 04.08.2016 and therefore, a representation has been given to the 2nd respondent. However, the said representation has not been considered so far and hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid prayer.
5.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that permission is sought for the first time and therefore, some time is required for the authorities to consider the representation and pass orders. 6.As the procession is scheduled to be conducted on 04.08.2016, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.07.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this petition is disposed of. No costs.
