The Writ Petitioner contends that he is the title holder of the subject property. The patta continues to stand in the name of the vendor. The petitioner seeks mutation of his revenue records in his favour and that of his brother. Even though a representation was submitted to the third respondent, no action was taken till date.

2. This Court, therefore, directs the third respondent to dispose of the Writ Petitioner's representation dated 04.12.2017 and pass orders thereon on or before 28.02.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
