ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R., in Crime No. 1016 of 2015.

2.The petitioner is the sole accused and a complaint has been given against him on the ground that as a collection agent, he has swindled an amount of Rs.23,90,321/-.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the person, namely, second respondent, who gave the complaint, does not have locus standi. The learned counsel further submits that there is a delay in lodging the complaint. On these grounds, the learned counsel would urge this Court, to quash the F.I.R. 4.This Court does not find any merit in this petition and the respondent police is directed to proceed further. It is seen that the case was registered in the year 2015. Therefore, there shall be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a direction to the second respondent police to file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
