ORDER

The writ petitioner is a candidate for the post of Office Assistant in the respondent department. The selection process commenced in July 2017 itself. Interview was conducted on 10.07.2017 But the selection list is yet to be published. 2.The learned Special Government Pleader would submit that as many as 1800 applications were received. After short listing the applications, there are 1400 applications to be considered. Therefore, sufficient time must be given.

3.Taking note of the said submission, the respondent is directed to publish the list of selected candidates for post of Office Assistant on or before 31.05.2018. The writ petition is allowed as indicated above. No costs.
