ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5719 of 2025 dated 27.03.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly 43 days. In this case, charge sheet has been filed.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court, in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.5719 of 2025, dated 27.03.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned court on hearing dates. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
