ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent not to interfere in the petitioner's recreation club namely, 'Kailas Sports Association' situated at Neivasal, Thirumayam, Pudukkottai, on the basis of the permission granted by authorities dated 23.02.2022, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 22.06.2022.

2.The petitioner is running a club. The grievance of the petitioner is that the third respondent police have frequently interfered with the petitioner's club. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that as on date, there is no complaint against the petitioner's club. However, if a situation arises, the respondents police are entitled to inspect the premises as per the Tamil Nadu District Police Act, 1859.
