The writ petitioner submitted an application for issuance of separate patta for his land. The details relating to the land are set out in his representation dated 21.03.2016. The third respondent initiated a proceedings in that regard as early as on 11.08.2017, but till date, the same has not been concluded.

2. Considering the nature of the prayer sought for, this Court directs the third respondent to complete the proceedings initiated in this regard in Na.Ka.No.334/2014/ m4/ dated 11.08.2017, on or https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

before 28.02.2018, in accordance with law.
