ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner and her family members and also not to interfere with the petitioner's civil dispute.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that there was a civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4, hence, the fourth respondent lodged a complaint against the petitioner. Based on that, the second respondent police has called the petitioner for enquiry and also harassing the petitioner. Hence, the present Criminal Original Petition has been filed. 3.Today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that there is no petition or enquiry is pending against the petitioner and the second respondent police has not called the petitioner for enquiry and also he has not harassed the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the fact that no petition or enquiry is pending against the petitioner and also the fact that the second respondent police has not harassed the petitioner, no further order is required in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
