[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble CHIEF JUSTICE] The scope of the petition is limited. The petitioner wants the respondent authorities to construct the proposed road only in survey no.109/2 and not allow the road to spill over into land bearing survey no.110 since there is a waterbody thereat. 2.Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned government pleader, submits on instructions that there is no proposal to construct any road in any part of survey no.110 for the moment.

3.Accordingly, W.P(MD)No.15642 of 2021 is disposed of by recording the submission made by learned government pleader to the effect that no road will be constructed in survey no.110. There will be no order as to costs. W.M.P(MD)No.12599 of 2021 is closed.
