ORDER

The petitioner seeks to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.03.2018 within a time frame.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent would submit that the request of the petitioner has already been considered and rejected on 02.06.2018.

3.It is made clear that if the case of the petitioner has not been considered, it is open to the respondents to consider the same. In case, the request of the petitioner has already been rejected, there is no need to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner, if this representation is subsequent to the order of the rejection. The respondents are directed to furnish the copy of the order, dated 02.06.2018 rejecting the request of the petitioner, to the petitioner, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
