ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation in Cr.No.312 of 2023 and to file the final report, within a time frame.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that A1 and A2 were arrested, some of the stolen articles have been recovered, through their confession statement, one more person is now added as an accused in this case and remaining articles have to be recovered from him. Further, he submits that the investigation is in crucial stage.

3.It appears that the respondent Police arrested some of the accused and also recovered some of the stolen articles. However, there are still some articles have to be recovered. Therefore, in order to provide one more opportunity to the respondent Police to complete the investigation, this Court is inclined to dispose of this petition with a direction to the respondent Police. Accordingly, this criminal original 2/4

petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Cr.No.312 of 2023 and to file the final report as expeditiously as possible.
