ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) Alleging non compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.14398 of 2015, dated 12.08.2015, this contempt petition has been filed.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader produced the proceedings of the respondent in Na.Ka.No.A4/3927/2022 dated 21.09.2022 and submitted that though the petitioner did not comply with the direction of this Court by submitting a petition before the respondent, the respondent proceeded further and also pursuant to the order passed in W.P(MD)No.19109 of 2015 dated 02.03.2020, an enquiry came to be conducted with regard to the eviction of encroachments.

Recording the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
