PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall appear before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders passed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.7360 of 2025 dated 09.05.2025 in Crime No.75 of 2025 on the file of this Court.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.7360 of 2025 dated 09.05.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.7360, dated 09.05.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioners 2/3

shall report before the respondent police twice in a month i.e. On the 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
