ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. By the impugned order, the petitioner's explosive license has been temporarily cancelled. This order was not preceded by any show cause notice. I do not want to go into the merits of the matter. On the ground of violation of principles of natural justice the order impugned in this writ petition is set aside. The matter is remitted to the file of the first respondent. The petitioner shall appear before the office of the second respondent on 12.09.2022 at 03.00 p.m. It is open to the authorities to issue a fresh show cause notice. The petitioner will also furnish his address for service. It is for the respondents to drop or pursue action in the manner known to law.
3. This writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
