Pleased to set aside the Judgement and decree dated 14.02.2012 made in O.S.No.9 of 2008 on the file of the Learned Principal District Court, Pudukkottai by allowing this Appeal pass preliminary decree infavour of the plaintiff.

Both the counsels are directed to inform the clients to be present at 24.01.2023 before mediation. Hence, notice through court is dispensed with.
