ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the first information report in Crime No.3 of 2019 dated 31.01.2019 on the file of the first respondent.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that compromise talk is going on.

3.However, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the investigation in Cr.No.3 of 2019 has been completed and final report also filed before the Additional Mahila Court, Srivilliputhur, which was taken cognizance in C.C.No.199 of 2020.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10304 of 2019 4.In view of the above submission, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. The petitioners are at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. Since compromise talk is going on, the trial of the case shall be kept in abeyance.

5.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
