ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.) This Writ Petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to repair the play materials, exercise machines and walking road and lawns and construct the compound wall around Amma Park, Ramanathapuram, with infrastructure within the time stipulated by this Court, consequently, issue direction to take action against the officials who are responsible for the damage of Amma Park, Ramanathapuram.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents that all repair works/infrastructural activities called for and in respect of which, this writ petition stands filed, has already been complied with and taking note of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that a science Lab, which is not part of the petitioner's prayer, alone is yet to be established, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. We also place on record the communication of the District Collector, Ramanathapuram, dated 21.07.2018. No costs.
