This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.174 of 2018 on the file of the Sub Inspector of Police, Soolakkarai Police Station, Virudhunagar. 2.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the respondent police have already completed the investigation and a final report has been filed on 29.06.2018 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar District. In the final report, the name of A3 has also been deleted. 3.In view of this subsequent development, nothing survives in this criminal original petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
