O R D E R

The petitioner, who is presently working as Middle School Teacher in Pudhukottai District, filed this Writ Petition for taking appropriate action to transfer the petitioner from Tirunelveli District to Kanniyakumari District by considering her representation dated 15.12.2016.

2.Heard Mr.R.Alagumani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Velmurugan, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

admission stage itself.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall send a copy of this order along with the said representation dated 15.12.2016 to the third respondent on or before 31.12.2017.

4.Having regard to the limited nature of relief sought by the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any view on the correctness or entitlement of the claim made, directs the third respondent to dispassionately consider the representation dated 15.12.2016 made by the petitioner and pass reasoned orders on merits in accordance with law and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner and file a report of such compliance before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court on or before 31.01.2018. 5.With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
