O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner is that his online educational loan application for pursuing B.Tech (Chemical Engineering) Course in Mohamed Sathak Engineering College, Kilakarai, has been kept pending by the second respondent without taking any further action and hence, he has filed the present writ petition.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the second respondent submitted that the petitioner's online application is being processed in accordance with the Scheme and favourable orders will be passed shortly.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the second respondent, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's online application for educational loan and pass favourable orders disbursing the loan amount to the petitioner, if the application is otherwise in order. Such an exercise shall be done within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the above observations, the writ petition stands allowed. No costs.
