Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to directing the second respondent herein to remove the blockage in the petitioner's drainage canal and consequently provide proper drainage canal for the petitioner's house based on the petitioner's representation dated 23.05.2025.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to remove the blockage in the petitioner's drainage canal and consequently provide proper drainage canal for the petitioner's house by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 23.05.2025.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the blockage is causing disturbances to the petitioner as the sewage water is getting discharged on the petitioner's property and it is leading to possible infections. The petitioner deserves immediate attention and appropriate action by the second respondent.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate for the first respondent and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the second respondent.

4. The second respondent is directed to take step to arrest the leakage of drainage water on the petitioner's lands by considering the petitioner's 2/4

representation, dated 23.05.2025. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The writ petition stand disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
