ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.05.2025.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that his uncle, one Alagu Gurusamy, sold the property without giving the petitioner his rightful share. However, such relief cannot be granted by the respondents. Therefore, the writ petition cannot be entertained. The petitioner is directed to file an appropriate civil suit for the said relief.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
