ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the second respondent is the authority competent to take a decision in the matter and that he would dispose of the petition mentioned application on merits and in accordance with law within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
2.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. The second respondent shall issue an enquiry notice to the writ petitioner indicating the date of enquiry.
