ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed for a direction to the learned II Additional District Munsif, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari to dispose of the original suit in OS.No.30 of 2012 within time frame as may be fixed by this Court.
2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the first respondent / plaintiff has filed the suit in OS.No.30 of 2012 for permanent injunction. Though pleadings have been completed, even after passing of ten years of filing of the suit, the trial has not commenced yet. Therefore, the learned counsel prayed for a direction as above.
3.The suit is filed in the year 2012 and it is claimed that pleadings have already been completed and it is ripe for trial. Considering that the suit is of the year 2012 and trial is not yet commenced, the learned II Additional District Munsif, Nagercoil is directed to expedite the trial in OS.No.30 of 2012 and dispose of the same as 2/4
expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
