O R D E R

The petitioner is said to have been filed an application seeking transfer of patta before the respondent. Pursuant to the representation, the respondent conducted an enquiry on 24.11.2017, on which the rival claimant also appeared. Thereafter, no orders have been passed. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Considering the fact that the enquiry was conducted on 24.11.2017, the respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
