O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to take action against the respondent Nos.3 to 8 based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 07.06.2023, which is pending in CSR.No. 279 of 2023.

2.Mr.B.Nambselvan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that making some allegations against the private respondents, the petitioner has made a complaint before the second respondent, which is pending before him in C.S.R.No.279 of 2023. Since the same was not disposed of, this writ petition has been filed by her for taking necessary action against the private respondents.

4.Reading of the enquiry file shows that the petitioner was assaulted by two known persons and medical memos is also available in the enquiry file.

5.Let the above said enquiry be completed by the second respondent, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, further action may be taken either by the competent authority or by the complainant, if so aggrieved.

6.With the above said directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
