The petitioner seeks issuance of gun license. It was rejected. He filed an appeal. An appeal is pending on the file of the first respondent for quite some time. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's appeal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
