ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.31 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police within a stipulated time to be fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.31 of 2020, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120 (B), 294(b), 323, 327, 418, 420 and 506(ii) of IPC on 12.03.2020, on the basis of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil, dated 10.10.2019. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) for the respondent would submit that within 6 months, investigation will be completed and the final report will be filed before the concerned court.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12648 of 2021 the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side), there shall be a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After filing final report before the concerned court, compliance report must be submitted to the Registry.
