ORDER
The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Sivagangai to dispose of E.A.No.1 of 2021 in E.P.No.22 of 2020 in O.S.No.69 of 1998.

2. The petitioner is the plaintiff in O.S.No.69 of 1998 which was decreed by the learned Subordinate Judge, Sivagangai on 20.06.2001. In the said proceeding, the respondent filed E.A.No.1 of 2021 under Section 47 of C.P.C.
3. Being satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the present Civil Revision Petition stands allowed at the time of admission after dispensing notice on the respondent as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against the respondent by directing the learned Subordinate Judge, Sivagangai to dispose of E.A.No.1 of 2021 in E.P.No.22 of 2020 pursuant to judgment and decree dated 20.06.2001 in O.S.No.69 of 1998 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
