O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the third respondent to include the petitioner's name in the place of her deceased husband namely Chelladurai in Patta No.997, by considering her representation dated 05.06.2023.

2. Heard the arguments of Mr.S.Palanivelayutham, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. According to the petitioner, the patta for the subject property situated in S.Nos.62/3B, 62/8, 62/9E, 68/3C and 68/4 in Naranapuram Village, Alangulam Taluk, Tenkasi District originally stood in the name of petitioner's husband Chelladurai and four others. After the death of Chelladurai, his name was erroneously deleted and patta has been issued in the name of remaining four others. Therefore, the petitioner submitted 2/5

a representation before the official respondents on 05.06.2023, seeking inclusion of petitioner's husband name in the patta. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner would be considered in accordance with law.

5. Admittedly the petitioner's husband is no more and hence, the request of the petitioner to include his name in the patta need not be considered. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to submit the death certificate and legal heir certificate of her deceased husband Chelladurai before the third respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of those documents, the third respondent shall forward the representation of the petitioner dated 05.06.2023 along with supporting documents to the second respondent within a further period of two weeks. The second respondent shall consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.06.2023 and pass final orders within a further period of twelve (12) weeks, after issuing notice to the petitioner, other legal heirs of deceased Chelladurai and co3/5

pattathars.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
