The petitioner has filed this writ petition for forbearing the authorities from conducting survey. But the survey had already been conducted. Nothing survives for further adjudication. It is open to the petitioner to question the survey report. The petitioner's right has not been gone into.

2. Leaving open the petitioner's other rights and remedies, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
