ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2643 of 2025 dated 20.03.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have complied with the condition for nearly three weeks.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.O.P(MD).No.2643 of 2025 dated 20.03.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police, weekly once, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 am., until further orders.

5. With the above modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
