Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the competent authority and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned alleging any violation of fraudulent registration in respect of her land.
