The petitioner does not have any personal right or interest in the petition mentioned property.

2.I therefore decline to entertain the writ petition. When I indicated my mind, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought to withdraw the writ petition with the liberty to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action as a Public Interest Litigation. Withdrawal of this writ petition will not come in the way of the petitioner filing the Public Interest Litigation (PIL).
