[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Though the petitioner has sought a larger prayer, the grievance of the petitioner appears to be with respect to the proposed eviction.

2. Mr.K.Chellapandian, learned Additional Advocate General, Assisted by Mr.A.K.Baskarapandian, learned Special Government Pleader, would submit that the petitioner would only be evicted, after following the due process of law.

3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.

No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
