ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Though the petitioner has sought a larger relief, at the time of arguments, Mr.R.J.Karthick, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider the pending representation of the petitioner dated 29.08.2018, and pass appropriate orders within a stipulated time. The learned counsel would further submit that though the private respondents have been impleaded as party respondents, the petitioner has given up them.

2. Considering the above, we direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.08.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, provided such representation is available with the said authority.
