This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to grant permission and protection for cultural event namely Adal Padal Nigalchi scheduled to be held on 24.07.2019 at night in connection with Aadi Festival of Arulmighu Sri Bagavathiyamman Thirukoil, Andanur Village, Velladipatti Post, Kantharvatkottai, Pudukkottai District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 04.07.2019.

The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and protection to conduct the Adal Padal Programme on 24.07.2019 in the above said temple, the petitioner made a representation on 04.07.2019 to the second respondent and the said representation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.07.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.

5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
