ORDER
Seeking to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's online complaint in compliant reference number OLC5952600012305 dated 18.04.2026 for the issuance of Lost Document Report, this writ petition is filed. 1/10
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's sale deeds dated 21.02.2000 registered as Document No.415/2000, 15.11.1999 registered as Document No.2800/1999, 16.10.2000 registered as Document No. 462/2001 were lost, for which the petitioner had given a complaint on 18.04.2026. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner is before this Court.
3. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) submitted that the Director General of Police had already issued Circular Memorandum, dated 01.04.2022 in this regard with respect to issuance of NOC, where the applicants have to produce certain documents. On such production of the documents, the respondent police will take necessary steps.
4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.
5. The petitioner has given an online complaint dated 18.04.2026. The petitioner is further directed to produce all the necessary documents as required by the respondent police in terms of the Circular Memorandum, which is extracted below:

On production of the above said documents as required in the Circular Memorandum extracted supra, the respondent police is directed to take necessary steps for issuance of Lost Document Report to the petitioner with respect to the aforesaid sale deeds, dated 21.02.2000, 15.11.1999 and 16.10.2000.
7. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. 03.06.2026 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No gbg To :
