This writ petition is misconceived one.

2.It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is a proposal to put up burial ground in the land of the petitioner in Survey Number 586 of Kallimandayam Village, Oddanchatram Taluk, Dindigul District. On the other hand, the learned Special Government Pleader, who appears on behalf of the respondents stated that there is no such proposal. 2/4
