Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to remove the cement road laid on petitioner's above said patta land comprised in S.No.42B/3A situated at Vandayar Eiruppu village, Orathanadu Taluk, Thanjavur District by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 15.04.2025 within the time stipulated by this Court. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to remove the cement road laid on the petitioner's patta land in S.No.42B/3A at Vandayar Eiruppu village, Orathanadu Taluk, Thanjavur District by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 15.04.2025.

2. It is the specific case of the petitioner that due to petitioner's preoccupation in connection with the employment, petitioner is not staying in the Village. However, without notice to the petitioner, the respondents have put up road for the convenience of neighbors.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation, dated 15.04.2025 will be considered and disposed of within a period of six weeks.

4. Recording the above submission, the respondents are directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 15.04.2025 on 2/4

merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
