This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission and accord protection for conducting Kabadi Tournament scheduled for one day i.e., on 20.07.2019 at 9.00 p.m. to 21.07.2019 at 9.00 a.m going to be held in North Ground, Opposite to Ammankovil, Kattaneri, TIrunelveli District.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and protection to conduct Kabadi Tournament on 20.07.2019 at 9.00 p.m. to 21.07.2019 at 9.00 a.m in North Ground, Opposite to Ammankovil, Kattaneri, TIrunelveli District, the petitioner made a representation on 03.07.2019 to the respondents and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

03.07.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.

5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
